Red Wing Police Respond to Shooting Complaint


Red Wing, MN – On December 15, 2018, at approximately 8:20 PM, officers of the Red Wing Police Department responded to a call for service of shots fired in the 400 Block of Twelfth Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a parked vehicle and residence at this location contained bullet holes.  No injuries were reported.  No further information is available as the incident remains under investigation.

 The Red Wing Police Department was assisted by the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office.    Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Red Wing Police Department at 651.385.3155.  Anonymous tips can be provided through Crime Stoppers Minnesota website at http://www.crimestoppersmn.org .  If the information you provide leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
