(May 25, 2023, Red Wing, Minn.) – The City of Red Wing would like to inform you that proposed construction has resumed on Old West Main and is anticipated to continue through the end of June 2023. The planned work will consist of final installation of outstanding streetscape amenities, concrete crack repair, and final completion of the punch list.
It is expected that this work will be completed under live traffic with appropriate traffic control as needed. The concrete repair work is anticipated to start Tuesday, May 30 and will require work on the new roadway pavement. The appropriate temporary traffic control and construction signing will be in place for any necessary lane shifts to maintain thru traffic.
