(June 22, 2022, Red Wing, Minn.) – Join the City of Red Wing for a reception on Monday, June 27, to congratulate Public Works Director Rick Moskwa as he retires after 38 years with the City. The public is invited to attend.
The reception will begin at 5:15 p.m., prior to the scheduled City Council meeting, in the lobby outside of City Council Chambers at City Hall, 315 West Fourth Street. The event will provide an opportunity to celebrate Moskwa’s career with the City and send him off with well wishes as he retires at the end of the month. Light refreshments will be served at the reception.
