Position Opening: Maintenance 2
Position Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Hiring Range: $18.83 to $20.40 DOQ
Benefits: Employee will be eligible for all HRA benefits as a full-time employee- Medical, Dental, Vision, Hospital/Accident - 97% paid by employer, Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance - 100% paid by employer. Health Savings - up to $4,600 paid by employer, 401a Retirement - 8% employer match. Vacation - 80 hours minimum, 12 paid sick days and 12 paid holiday days.
Accountable To: Maintenance Supervisor
Position Summary: The Maintenance 2 Position, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, provides for the efficient operation and maintenance of all HRA owned property. Red Wing HRA operates in the City of Red Wing, MN.
Essential Duties Include: Perform maintenance repairs to all HRA properties and equipment, perform turnover duties for units, provide for completion of all lawn maintenance and snow removal, perform "on-call" emergency maintenance on a rotating schedule, and assume janitorial duties necessary to keep HRA properties safe and sanitary. Licensing Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License and ability to be on-call. Must be able to secure a Special Class C Boiler License within 18 months of hire date (training and test provided by HRA)
