The Minnesota National Guard will be conducting flyovers of several healthcare facilities in Minnesota on Wednesday, May 6, featuring F-16s from the Duluth-based 148th Fighter Wing and a C-130 from the St. Paul-based 133rd Airlift Wing.
The flyovers are part of a nationwide effort to recognize frontline workers in the fight against COVID-19. The flights have been incorporated into previously-scheduled training missions our pilots conduct to maintain their proficiency.
Red Wing residents can watch the flyover between 11:25-11:40 a.m. Please remember to practice safe social distancing while you’re watching the skies.
