The Minnesota River will continue to rise through the week of April 8, and it’s possible there may be another surge sometime after that. These levels are not out of the normal range, and City staff have made appropriate plans and preparations for this event.
One new traffic impact has developed. The north end of Frazier Street now has water crossing the road and it may be barricaded for local traffic only.
Please remember that it is dangerous and illegal to drive around barricades.
