Water and Sewer Rate Change Open House for Landlords and Business Owners

Changes to the water and sewer portions of your utility bill will be coming this summer. In August, your utility bill will reflect rate changes that go into effect on July 1. These changes affect both the fixed fee you pay for water availability and the variable fee you pay that is based on your usage. Single-family home owners will see the smallest change under the new structure. This public meeting is open to everyone, but is geared towards business owners and landlords. Come ask questions and learn more about the utility rate change.
