Airport Board Meeting
Wednesday, January 26, 2022
The Airport Board advises the City Council in all matters regarding the Red Wing Regional Airport. The board recommends an annual operating budget, reports on the adequacy of the facilities, recommends capital improvements and serves as a forum for others to express their views on subjects relating to the airport and its operation. The board is comprised of seven members. Four are Red Wing residents, one is a Goodhue County resident who must own property in Red Wing or lease property at the airport and two are Wisconsin residents who live in Pierce County. Meetings are typically the first Wednesday of odd months at 4:00 p.m.
The Red Wing Regional Airport is located in Wisconsin’s Mississippi Valley about five miles from Red Wing. The airport is owned and operated by the City of Red Wing.
