The Administrative Services Department consists of the internal support team that offers services to all City employees. There are ten full-time positions and three part-time AV Tech positions in this department.
Services delivered include:
Administrative Support for employees at City Hall; Board and Commission work including coordination of applications/appointment; training and support for members and staff liaisons; board packet preparation and publication.
Human Resource functions including recruitment, management of the personnel policy, contract negotiations, and administration of the City’s compensation and classification systems.
Information Technology activities include infrastructure, network administration, compliance, security and employee support. Also digitized applications and new technologies.
Communications activities comprise government access Channel 6 operations, original programming, electronic newsletter, website, and social media management.
