Memorial Park's view of the community, Mississippi River, and bluffs of both Minnesota and Wisconsin should not be missed. The roadway off East Seventh Street is accessible spring through late fall. Once at the top of Sorin's Bluff, you'll see:
- Nine hole Frisbee golf course
- Charcoal grills
- Hiking and biking trails
- Open spaces to explore
- Picnic tables
Note About 2023 Street Reconstruction
In 2023, part of East Seventh Street, which connects to the road up to Memorial Park, is being reconstructed. The intent is for vehicle traffic to be able to access Memorial Park all summer, but you may encounter detours and road construction in order to get there. For more information on the street reconstruction, please visit our 2023 Street Projects page.
