Human Resources

Human Resources provides services and support to the City of Red Wing departments and its employees. These include:

  • Managing employee recruitment, selection, and hiring process.
  • Performing labor relations duties, including contract negotiations, contract management, investigations, discipline, and grievances.
  • Administering employee benefits, workers’ compensation, employee compensation, job classification, and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintaining compliance with various federal and state employment laws and regulations.
